General Terms and Conditions

Services that our Aagency in real estate provides to our clients have included the following actions:

1. finding and bringing into contact with the client because of the person signing mediated work,

2. introduce the client with an average market price of similar property,

3. make insight into the documents evidencing ownership or other real property in the subject property and warn the client to:

• obvious disadvantages and potential risks related to the disordered state land property,

• registered real rights or other rights of third parties in real estate,

• legal consequences of failure to meet obligations to third parties,

• deficiencies and utility construction permits in accordance with a special law,

• circumstances obligation application of pre-emption rights and restrictions in the legal trade in accordance with special regulations.

4. perform necessary actions for the presentation (presentation) the real estate on market, real estate advertising in an appropriate manner, and perform all other actions agreed in contract for real estate that exceeds the usual presentation, for which the Agency is entitled to a special, pre-denominated costs,

6. mediation in the negotiations and attempt to come to the conclusion of the contract, if committed in this special,

7. storage of personal data by the client and the written order of the client to keep the trade secret information about the property for which a mediator or in connection with the property or business for which a mediator,

8 if the subject of contracting is a land, checking purposes the subject land in accordance with the building regulations relating the land,

9. alerting the client about all relevant circumstances for the intended work which are known to him or which are need to be known to him.
